Known as “The Motorcycle Lawyer,” Jason is a Michigan attorney, specializing in motor vehicle and motorcycle injury litigation. Over the past 25 years, he has successfully collected millions of dollars in settlements, awards and verdicts for his clients all across the country. 

 

Jason rides, therefore, he ‘gets it’.  He also a speaker and author.   Jason is often the invited guest speaking to motorcycle groups and clubs, on topics such as dispelling the myths of motorcycle law, ways to legally protect yourself in the event of a crash, and insurance recommendations to protect the biker.   Jason literally ‘wrote the book’, “Litigating Motorcycle Injury & Wrongful death Case” a legal reference guide for lawyers.

 

Giving back is also important.  Jason put a staff member through EMT and paramedic school so that his firm could offer a Bystander Assistance Course. To date, over 3,000 motorcyclists have been trained in first aid and accident scene management!
